**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research, identify target markets and define positioning and messaging strategies.
- Manage and enhance the Company’s brand image and reputation.
- Develop brand guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and monitoring brand perception in the market.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to reach target audiences effectively.
- Create engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels.
- Write speeches, articles, social media posts, and product descriptions.
- Design product information, brochures, posters, catalogues, and training materials.
- Develop multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and visuals to support marketing campaigns.
- Track and analyse key marketing metrics and performance indicators.
- Generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns.
- Other tasks as assigned by Management.
