**The Role**: Customer Experience Researcher
**The Team**: Providing a best-in-class customer experience is one of the main strategic objectives of S&P Global Commodity Insights. As a Customer Experience Researcher at S&P Global, you will play a critical role in enhancing our understanding of customer needs and behaviors. You will lead research initiatives to gather insights that inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer engagement efforts. Your findings will directly influence how we enhance our customer experience and drive business growth.
**Responsibilities and Impact**:
Design and execution of qualitative and quantitative research studies to gather customer insights and develop frameworks for user persona, providing contextualized and data-driven recommendations
Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for improvement
Develop and present reports and presentations on research findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Marketing, and Sales, to translate research findings into actionable strategies.
Conduct regular workshops with user groups and stakeholders to gather insights, validate journey maps, and identify opportunities for improvement
Improve our ways of collecting, synthesizing, and actioning customer feedback
**What We’re Looking For**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in customer experience research or related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Proficiency in research methodologies, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
