**Duties**:
1) Provides administrative support to ED

3) Call and screen new applicants and set up interview dates

4) Advertise for job positions

5) Collate children’s daily attendance

6) Submit monthly statistics

7) Write meeting minutes as and when instructed by ED

8) Help out in the schools as and when necessary

9) Assist in school events as assigned

10) Coordinates staff training programmes

11) Coordinates holiday programmes

12) Update and arrange staff for First Aid & Food & Hygiene courses

13) Update staff training records as and when necessary

14) Prepares parents’ letters for the Holiday programs

15) Order get well basket, hampers as and when necessary

16) Do access cards for new staff as and when necessary

17) Update the access cards’ system as and when necessary

18) Keep records and distribute keys & access cards to office new staff

19) Create PPT with photos for all staff events

20) Support the school admin once weekly

21) Any other duties assigned by ED from time to time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
