The accounts payable analyst performs support tasks and activities in the accounts payable function. The position includes validating supplier invoices to system purchase orders to make sure our suppliers are paid timely. This position will perform a match between the supplier invoice and system generated PO, ensuring that all approvals are given and procedures are followed. This position will maintain invoice and other transaction records and works directly with vendors and internal personnel on statements, past due balances and discrepancies. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Works under moderate supervision. Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience **Job Description **????** - Receiving, processing, verifying and recording of invoices, processing payments - ?????????????,???? - Handling China VAT Invoice authentication - online - ???? - Working closely with the Singapore Shared Service team - ????????????? - Maintaining good working relationships with vendors - ????????????? - Resolving a high volume of Chinese Purchase Order, Invoices & Payment discrepancies - ???????????????? - Ensuring Credit is received for discrepancies agreed by Vendors - ????????????,???????????? - Prepare Vendor Statement Reconciliations - ???????? - Reviewing Aged Debit Balances and Communicating with Vendors to organize Refunds - ???????????????????? - Reviewing aged Non-Payable Invoice QUERIES and Escalating Problems appropriately - ??????????????????? - Working as team, sharing/supporting/sharing/relieving colleagues during high workload & holiday periods - ??????????,?????????? **Requirements**??** - Minimum 2 years’ Accounting/Accounts Payable experience - ??2????/?????? - Accounting Certification, Diploma or Degree qualification - ????,??????? - Attention to details, thoroughness, organized and general maths skills are essential - ??????????????????????????? - Ability to cope with high pressure and demanding workload - ????????????? - Strong Excel skills, knowledge and experience of using V-lookup would be ideal - ???
