Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible to track, co-ordinate, control, and analyse movement and quantity of inventories at all locations to maintain a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity. Coordinate with all department and locations to ensure accountabilities for all materials and inventories.
- Review and approve all material/inventories movement for all locations from transfer requests till issuance to the work order in order to meet production goals.
- Ensure procedures and processes are diligently followed through to provide timely and accurate inputs for inventory accounting.
- Identify, analyse and address gaps in inventory processes. Execute continuous improvements on stock control system for all locations.
- Execute monthly physical cycle counts in Singapore. Participate in inventory audits in all locations when required.
- Co-ordinate with all respective overseas locations to receive monthly cycle count reports on a timely basis and verify inventory records are accurate.
- Maintain timely and updated associated inventory documentations and records (including material transfer, request, return forms) for audit purposes, reconcile discrepancies and report inventory accuracy by value and quantity on a monthly basis.
- Conduct training for all employees involved in cycle & annual physical inventory counts as well as inventory control.
- Responsible for the annual year end physical inventory count and assist with the reconciliation of the physical inventory count to the book numbers. Co-ordinate stock recounts as needed.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned.
- Comply with the Oil States Industries Quality Management System.

Academic/Technical Qualification
- Must possess a valid Lifting Supervisor certificate from _MOM Accredited Training Providers or WSQ approved Training Organizations._
- Valid Forklift License will be advantageous from _MOM Accredited Training Providers or WSQ approved Training Organizations._

Knowledge & Experience
- Minimum 5 years and above experience on Lifting operation or activities.
- Ability to read and speak basic English is essential
- Basic knowledge of Store/Logistics operation or activities would be advantageous.

Others
- Willing to perform Overtime on weekdays/weekends
