**Job Summary:
**Join our dynamic Supply Chain team as a Senior Material Handling Coordinator, where you'll play a critical role in supporting our global sales network by ensuring the timely delivery of components and products to both internal and external customers. This role focuses on maintaining efficient inventory management, storage, and distribution processes in alignment with ResMed’s Quality and Health & Safety standards.

You will handle various tasks, from receiving and storing goods to picking, packing, and dispatching products, all while ensuring the security and accountability of inventory. This position offers the chance to work independently, solve non-routine challenges, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our transportation and warehousing service levels.

**Let's Talk About the Role**:

- Efficiently receive, sort, stack, and store goods in the warehouse, ensuring items meet company specifications.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch items for customer orders and internal requests, maintaining accuracy in product issuing and transfer processing.
- Coordinate import and export activities as needed, supporting smooth operations across distribution and warehousing functions.
- Assist in managing inventory control to secure materials and maintain accountability.
- Perform work order picking, product movement, and handling tasks to support the seamless distribution of goods.
- Identify and address delivery or transportation issues, suggesting solutions and improvements to enhance service levels.

**Let's Talk About Qualifications and Experience:
**Required**:

- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key issues and resolve conflicts in a fast-paced environment.
- Vocational training or equivalent experience in warehouse support, logistics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of quality and safety procedures and experience in adhering to organizational standards.

**Preferred**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, distribution, or inventory management.
- Familiarity with specialized support tasks in either office, technical, or operational environments.
- Proven ability to work independently and serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues.
