**Temporary IT Engineers**

**Job Title: Temporary IT Engineer**

**Work Location: Central / East Area, Singapore**

**Job Type: Temporary**

Open to any of the following personnel:

- Part-time Poly or University students;
- ORD personnel;
- Students waiting for further Education or on Holiday;
- Experience personnel in-between jobs;
- Personnel waiting for NS enlistment.

Those who performed well during this period may be considered for a long-term position with the company.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
1. To provide IT support or perform administrative tasks.

2. To perform logging in of trouble tickets using ticketing systems.

3. To dispatch trouble tickets to second-level engineers.

4. To compile call statistics for reporting purposes if required.

5. To perform data migration and system installations.

**Job Requirements**:
1. IT literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)

2. We provide hands-on training and buddy guidance for all new hires.

3. Basic IT troubleshooting skills will be beneficial.

4. Available immediately or within a week.

5. Hands-on training will be provided.
