- Oversee the installation operations, standards, and controls to maintain high-quality workmanship.
- Provide technical support to lower-level technicians and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to complete their tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrate expertise in working with the team and independently, while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ensure compliance with company safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
- Repair and perform preventive maintenance on solar panels as per established standards.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and rigging equipment daily to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
- Comply with company and customer regulations and policies, including those related to time accounting and work orders.
- Manage positive customer and employee relations, providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in solar panel installation and supervision.
- Confident and able to work independently, with strong problem-solving skills and analytical ability.
- Hardworking, attention to detail, and quick learners.
- Strong analytical ability, logical approach, and problem-solving skills for complex issues.
- Havinga driving licence will be an additionalprivilegee
