The Capital Mobilisation team within AVPN is commitment to creating an enabling ecosystem for effective capital flow towards impact organisations and demonstrate the potential to catalyse philanthropy and impact investment towards the SDGs through designing and delivering philanthropic funds, capacity-building programmes, innovative financing mechanisms, and forging corporate partnerships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Project Lead, Grant Manager, and Grant Administrator to plan and manage the initiative. Ensure adherence to timelines and oversee the successful completion of pivotal milestones and deliverables within the grant management framework.
- Provide support in research efforts related to the initiative. This may involve gathering data, conducting market research, and analysing trends in the field of artificial intelligence and technology.
- Assist in outreach efforts to potential applicants and partners for the initiative. Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders in the AI and technology sectors.
- Assist in data consolidation and cleansing activities related to the initiative. Ensure that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Undertake any other ad hoc tasks as needed to support the successful implementation of the initiative.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, finance, economics, marketing, or technology.
- Prior experience in project management, grant management, or capital mobilisation, preferably within the context of philanthropy, impact investing, or venture capital.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, analyse, and interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Knowledge of the artificial intelligence and technology landscape, with a keen interest in driving positive social impact through innovation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems or grant management platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn continuously.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
