Design and manufacturing for Deck Machinery, viz winches, windlasses, capstans, shark jaws, towing pins etc., involving hydraulic system and control, including hydraulic power pack design, P&ID, and pipe routing design.
- Perform calculations for flow rates, pressures, power requirements, and heat dissipation to ensure optimal system performance.
- Select appropriate hydraulic components from various manufacturers, considering technical specifications, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
- Generate detailed hydraulic schematics, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and assembly drawings.
- Review client’s RFQ, help salesperson to prepare technical specification.
- Prepare preliminary drawings and submit for customer approval.
- Submit calculation and drawings for classification approval, monitor submission status and resolve class comments.
- Prepare and issue production drawings and BOM list.
- Prepare and issue testing report for deck machineries.
- FAT with surveyor -in house.
- Prepare the installation and operation manual etc.
- Prepare Declaration of Asbestos-free and hazardous material (ISO14000)
- Provide the technical support during commissioning period.
- Cover coordination roles not only within engineering tasks, but also project management, sourcing, liaising with class, vendors and client, FAT and logistic.Any other job assigned.

**Key Skills**
- Analyze and interpret design schematics including hydraulic schematics and circuits.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D&3D or SolidWorks to produce detailed production engineering drawings.
- Independent in design and liaise with sales/customer on technical specs and requirement.
- Display good teamwork and communication skills.
- Good personality and willing to take on challenge.
- Experienced in hydraulic engineering calculations and components selection.
- Experienced with CCS/ABS/BV/DNV class codes and standards
