**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**:

- Identify and explore new business opportunities within recruitment and HR consultancy.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.
- Tailor HR solutions to meet the specific needs of clients, ensuring satisfaction.

**Recruitment Management**:

- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to placement and onboarding.

**Marketing & Outreach**:

- Represent the company at industry events to build our network and enhance brand visibility.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist with various tasks to support business growth and operational needs.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- **Education**:A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- **Certification**:CEI Certification is required to comply with Singapore’s Employment Agency regulations.
- **Experience**:Experience in recruitment, HR consultancy, or business development is an advantage.
- **Skills & Qualities**:Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems, social media platforms, and marketing tools.
An entrepreneurial mindset with a self-motivated and results-driven approach.
Networking skills to build and sustain professional relationships.
