We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as **Assistant Vice President, Marketing, Citi Commercial Bank - Hybrid** (Internal Job Title: Marketing Manager - **C12**) based in Singapore. As AVP, Marketing for Citi Commercial Bank, you play a critical role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at building the bank's brand equity within the commercial banking sector, and growing the market and wallet share of the business. **In this role, you’re expected to**: - Develop and implement marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution. - Develop and execute high-quality events, ensure that they are aligned to marketing objectives. - Enter into paid media partnerships to drive brand awareness and new client acquisition. - Ensure adherence to marketing budgets. - Manager vendor relationships, contracts and service agreements to support marketing initiatives. - Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. - Work closely with senior leaders, relationship managers, global marketing teammates, and other parts of the bank to create effective strategies that articulate the USPs of the business and the bank. - 5-8 years of relevant work experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to meet tight deadlines, manage multiple projects at once, and work well under pressure - Detail and customer-service oriented - Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team, and interact with all levels of management - Excellent interpersonal skills to negotiate and influence - Working cross-functionally and experience with ambiguity and managing complexities - Excellent digital marketing competence across search, display, paid media and measurement **Education**: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience Working at Citi is far more than just a job.
