We are looking for **E&I Field Engineer **to join our maintenance team in Singapore.

The purpose of the E&I Field Engineer is to provide direction and supervision of E&I team and contractors consisting of Instrument/Electrical, Analyser or Ad-hoc contractors. This position is responsible for helping the organisation achieve maintenance excellence/reliability improvements through the safe execution of tasks.

Your main responsibilities include
- Ensure all aspects of Safety, Environmental, Quality and Cost are being met
- Responsible for execution of all maintenance work in accordance with the local authorities requirement, Industry and Neste rules and regulations.
- Ensuring the contractors show up for the scheduled jobs on site, coach the E/I supervisors, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to execute the job
- Responsible for performing Front line troubleshooting of equipment.
- Shall attend the daily operational and co-ordination meetings.
- Participate actively in Neste HSSEQ programs to achieve own, contractors, and functional HSSEQ targets.
- Assist to resources and deliver assigned Turnaround, Project maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance to the MOC, PHA, PSSR process.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with technical assurance and maintenance procedures.
- Setting a safety culture to ensure personal and continuous care around the safety of E&I teams at site.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the schedule, cost, safety and quality compliance for maintenance works._ _You will report to the Maintenance Lead of the refinery in Singapore.

**Keys to success in this role**

The best combination of experiences, skills and background is
- _Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronic engineering or equivalent_
- _At least 5 years (Degree) or 10 years (Diploma) of relevant experience in refinery, petrochemical or pharmaceutical in the same position for Electrical and Instrument equipment._
- _Prior experience in Projects and TAs execution_
- _Knowledgeable with international standards, petroleum /petrochemical plant equipment_
- _Experienced in maintenance work control, planning, reliability methodologies_
- _Good communication with strategic thinking, negotiation and business sense_
