Singapore HubSpot Full time

In this role, you'll work on a global, collaborative team within the People Operations department. We manage projects including HubSpot's careers website, HubSpot Life social media channels, HubSpot's annual Diversity Report, Glassdoor and Comparably, events and sponsorships, media pitching and executive thought leadership about culture, paid ad campaigns, employee brand ambassador programs, internal communications, and more.

We partner collaboratively with Recruiting, business partners, stakeholders, and employees across the organization to identify opportunities where employer brand campaigns can have an impact not only on hiring, but in positioning HubSpot globally as a company where people can grow, both personally and professionally.

We're looking for someone to join our global team who will help build upon our existing employer brand in JAPAC, scale our existing programs globally, and challenge us to think differently.

**In this role, you'll get to**
- **Translate global employer brand strategies into regional plans. **In this role, you will support HubSpot's global employer Brand strategy by building regional and country-specific plans that position our company as a great place to work in JAPAC. This requires the ability to think globally and act locally, with a deep understanding of how regional priorities map to global organizational goals.
- **Own regional campaigns from strategy to execution and measurement. **As part of our global Employer Brand team, you'll be responsible for creating regionally-specific, and in some cases country-specific, campaigns that resonate with the needs of the local talent market. You'll create the overall campaign strategy and execution, including messaging development and asset building, in some cases autonomously. You'll also be in charge of setting realistic KPI's for your region and your campaigns that align to global priorities.
- **Create and deploy localized content. **This is a hands-on role that requires writing and content development skills. You'll create content for all of our global and regional employer brand channels, in partnership with global program managers, including but not limited to social media posts, paid campaigns, recruiting collateral, blog posts, employer award nominations and promotion, etc.
- **Represent the global team with JAPAC stakeholders, including regular reporting. **As the Employer Brand team's regional representative, you will own the relationships with regional stakeholders. This includes working with stakeholders on regional strategies and plans, content development and campaign launches, as well as keeping stakeholders updated on the priorities and focuses of the global Employer Brand team. You will also create and deliver against a defined reporting cadence with stakeholders to communicate our progress as a team in-region.
- **Help us evolve our strategies with a global mindset. **We're always asking ourselves: How can we connect with our audience in new and interesting ways? You'll be instrumental in shaping how we continue to plan and grow our Employer Brand with a global-first mindset.
- 5+ years experience leading marketing programs and campaigns in JAPAC for a global company, including at least 2 years of experience working on employer brand initiatives.
- The proven ability to translate global employer brand strategies to localized initiatives. You can point to examples of how you've built regional campaigns that support global strategies.
- Strong content development skills. You're a thinker-doer who can develop content strategies and build assets to deliver across a variety of channels. You aren't afraid of writing long and short form content, and are comfortable using graphic design templates and tools, like Canva.
- Working knowledge of the talent market in JAPAC region, with a point of view on how to stand out as an employer. You've worked with recruiters as a key stakeholder, you can have meaningful discussions about talent pipelines, and you understand how employer brand campaigns can support growth.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns, deadlines and stakeholders. You're comfortable staying on top of moving pieces, big or small, and take initiative to stay organized. You have a passion for learning about people and new topics. You're deeply curious and want to understand what makes people and companies tick.
- No problem putting in the work. You thrive working autonomously and will roll up your sleeves to get things done.
- Urgency. You don't wait to be given deadlines or told how to get started. You dive in and are comfortable 'just figuring it out'.
