In this role leading the Regional Client Services (RCS) team within Corporate Services (CS), you will report directly to the Asia Head of RCS. Corporate Services manages a range of services such as Sourcing, Travel, Amenities, Reprographics, Mail & Distribution and Presentation, Property Management, Real Estate Management, Administration and Client Engagement

The RCS team is responsible for managing the delivery of these services in each geographical location and this position is responsible for South East Asia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership and strategic direction to a team focused on client service and value delivery
- Work with our Vendor partners to facilitate migration of industry best practice into the Firm
- Develop strong relationships with internal clients to ensure our service level matches their expectations and act as an escalation point
- Coordinate all Corporate Services activities across functional groups, working with regional stakeholders
- Manage service levels and performance of vendors and outsource partners
- Participate in and support functional initiatives on a local and regional basis
- Work to standardize the support model based on global guidelines
- Assist functional teams with development and management of annual operating budget for all CS functions
- On-call availability after office hours for emergency and business continuity needs as required
- Coordination and communication of incident response

**Experience**:

**Qualifications**:

- Education: relevant Degree level or higher qualification
- Work experience: 10+ years' work experience in a blue-chip corporate environment.
- Knowledge of outsourced vendor management including structure of outsourced contracts.
- Achievements: Proven ability to succeed in a demanding environment and influence senior stakeholders
- Language skills: English fluency is mandatory
- Communication skills: Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
