- Provide prompt and efficient secretarial and administrative support to Company Directors;
- Manage Director's calendar, meeting, record meeting minutes, coordinate work or other such requirements as needed;
- Maintenance of paper and electronic filing system;
- Plan, assist, organize and coordinate all travel and visa arrangement including flight, hotel booking, transportation and travel itinerary;
- Data entry
- Support sales orders with other business units, bookkeeping and project management functions;
- Reception and liaison of visitors and internal guests, address their queries and convey messages;
- Any ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time.Requirements:

- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills in a professional and responsive manner.
- General Diploma or Certificate in business administration.
- 1-2 years’ experience in administration, bookkeeping and tax matters would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and some IT knowledge will be advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
