Assistant Director, Integrated Programme

The Integrated Programme aims to bring healthy living to more diverse population segments and deepen engagement with those who are already participants of HPB and partners’ programmes. It is designed to sustain healthy behaviours across multiple health domains through a more holistic, personalised and continuous health journey.

The Integrated Programme serves customised challenge goals and nudges targeting different lifestyle behaviours (e.g. food, physical activity, screening, smoking) to each individual. These goals and nudges are refined over time through a feedback loop from participants’ behaviours and preferences to the backend data science engine.

The Integrated Programme serves customised challenge goals and nudges targeting different lifestyle behaviours (e.g. food, physical activity, screening, smoking) to each individual. These goals and nudges are refined over time through a feedback loop from participants’ behaviours and preferences to the backend data science engine.

New challenges as well as nudges would be added and refreshed over time based on participants’ feedback and participation to make the journey more varied and exciting, encouraging them to remain engaged in their programme journey and progressively stretched to do more.

As participants accomplish health tasks and fulfil programme milestones, they will be rewarded for doing so.

Participants will experience the Integrated Programme on the Healthy 365 app which will streamline their journey across multiple touchpoints and health domains and improve transition between online and offline engagement.

Via the Integrated Programme, HPB will maintain oversight of citizen lifestyles to augment preventive strategy planning for population health.

Broadly, the Integrated Programme team will be tasked to:

- Set up Integrated Programme 1.0
- Go-live rollout of first iteration of Integrated Programme
- Scale Integrated Programme 1.0 to more HPB programme, citizens and touchpoints
- Work with strategic partners to include their offerings in Integrated Programme
- Implement and scale integrated Programme beyond 1.0

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the Integrated Programme, including but not limited to programme design, development, launch, implementation and running the operations of the programme.
- As part of project management, to create and/or maintain a project plan, assign/undertake responsibilities, engage and liaise with key internal and external stakeholders, manage vendors and track project progress with regular check-ins and updates with senior management, core project team and extended matrix team
- In managing multiple stakeholders such as domain/ technical experts and external partners, to engage and achieve alignment on identified business needs, goals and desired outcomes, on-time and within budget.

**Required skills/ experience**:

- At least 5-7 years of relevant working experience in an Operations or Project Management role of a Digital Product, of which at least 2-4 years were as a team supervisor or in a leadership role
- Ability to work independently and as a team player with good analytical, planning and management skills towards achieving set objectives and key deliverables
- Ability to develop long-term product vision and roadmap and translate it into executable deliverables and milestones
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management to engage and influence towards desired product and programme outcomes
- Desire to work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment where solutions are prone to change
- Experience in app design or UI/UX and relevant project management-related certifications will be an advantage
