Above all, you will start and end each day with work that matters, that often feels like play, and that genuinely expresses a social conscience you can take pride in. **The Opportunity : Investor Relations** - Prepare and deliver high quality information in an accurate, complete, and timely manner - Prepare and manage ongoing updates to all marketing and other investor material - Represent TurtleTree to develop trusting relationships with potential and future investors - Develop, maintain and organize internal CRM system including logging of all investor calls, meetings, relevant investor updates and ensuring that all updates and follow-ups are properly tracked - Manage list of outstanding investor inquires, requests and other follow-up, ensuring timely responses - Communicate with investors/ lawyers/ corporate secretary partners to complete due diligence filing requests ( SHA, SSA, ACRA ) - Manage investor closing process during fundraising - Prepare and communicate all quarterly investor reports - Lead in planning and execution of annual investor meetings - Lead strategic firm initiatives, research projects, and other miscellaneous projects - Strategize and prepare materials for investor meetings - Draft presentations and memorandums for senior management - Perform any tasks as necessary **Minimum Experience** - 5 years of related experience, within Investor Relations or Investment or Investment Banking industry preferred - Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage multiple, parallel responsibilities and work in a fast-paced start-up environment - Self-motivated, presentable, proactive individual with an ability to work independently - Strong attention to detail, analytic and quantitative skills - Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to "see the bigger picture" and get to the heart of issues rapidly - Results oriented, with the ability to work effectively under pressure - Strong work ethic and a genuine passion for people and excellence - Team player with positive attitude and pro-active approach to work - Experience in Googlework space experience will be ideal **About TurtleTree** Wasteful, cruel, unhealthy—conventional food production is broken, and we're about to fix it.
