We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Tutors for our play-based home enrichment program.

**Responsibilities**:

- Write short progress update at end of each session regarding student progress, concerns, and achievements.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance teaching techniques and align with curriculum materials whenever necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Fun-loving yet firm individuals to retain child’s attention and effectively engage them throughout the session through play-based learning.
- Able to plan and teach in a systematic manner
- Able to break down complex questions into concrete steps for better comprehension and not rely solely on assessment book questions.
- Patience, creativity, and flexibility in adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Flexible working schedule. We have clients islandwide, sessions hours are usually between 3-9pm.

As part of our compensation model, we offer a progressive pay rate based on the number of hours taught with us. Please find the breakdown below:

- First 8 hours taught: $20/h
- Next 16 hours taught: $25/h
- Subsequent hours: $30/h
- Pay rate may increase sooner based on teacher’s ability to execute lesson plan and engage children effectively, as well as parent feedback. _

**Face to face interview required for all.**

**Teachers with little or no experience in teaching will need to attend training to understand methodologies and curriculum before deployment.**
