Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Tutors for our play-based home tuition program. You will play a vital role in delivering engaging and interactive learning experiences for children in the comfort of their own homes. Our program is designed to promote learning through the use of educational technology, catered for active and visual learners who requires a more hands on learning approach.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct one-on-one tuition sessions with students in their homes, following the provided curriculum and materials.**:

- **Assess the individual learning needs** of each student and **adapt teaching strategies **accordingly to support their academic growth and development.
- **Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students **to enhance their confidence and motivation in learning.
- **Maintain open communication with parents** regarding student progress, concerns, and achievements.
- Attend training sessions and workshops (paid) to enhance teaching techniques.

**Requirements**:

- **Passion for working with children and promoting their holistic development through play-based learning.**:

- Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, or working with children in an educational setting is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with students and parents.
- **Patience, creativity, and flexibility in adapting teaching methods** to meet the diverse needs of students.
