**Corporate Services Manager/Assistant Manager**

As the Corporate Services Manager, you will oversee or support various aspects of important corporate services work for Piing SG. Your roles included managing the finance, HR, compliance and administrative matters to support corporate operations. Reporting to the Country Lead Singapore, you will support the growth and development of the business and its people.

**Responsibilities**
- Support in the corporate planning and financial management of the organisation.
- Support in the HR administration and management of the organisation.
- Assist in corporate governance work by developing processes and preparing regulatory submissions.
- Serve as the organisation’s knowledge manager by organising and safekeeping data and information.
- Manage the office’s IT administration and systems.
- Oversee corporate administration for the office and factory operations with support from colleagues, including: procurement, factory related administration and etc.
- Prepared reports, meeting agendas & minutes, presentations, memorandums, proposals, and correspondences
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree (preferred) in business related field or others, or relevant experience
- Managerial level with HR, Finance/Accounting, IT and corporate adminstrations experience
- Possess strong administrative, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and multi-tasks
- Strong team player, proactive and resourceful
