Drive the negotiation and placement of insurance/reinsurance contracts, producing desktop & market - quotations and lead terms - renewals and mid-term adjustments and claims to improve market competitiveness, drive growth and - optimal outcomes clients - Partner with Aon resources (Sales & Marketing, Commercial Risk Solutions Team, GBC and in-Country - teams) to deliver Aon United solutions and services to client in the widest practical range - Complete contributions to tender responses to ensure timely submission and quality of reports - Ensure implementation of broking excellence initiatives including: Client Promise; Sales / Delivering Aon - United; Wording/Slip standardization; Standard Contracts; Data Quality; Broking operations process flow; - Carrier / market engagements. - Interface with the market and to secure optimum outcome for client risk coverage - Actively contribute and at times lead to updates of monthly Broking analytics (Monthly Carrier Review) - Collaborate with Aon Inpoint engagements - Actively contribute to and at times lead in key thought leadership content for our clients and markets, and - demonstrate understanding and insight into the industry, clients, risks and solutions - Actively contribute to and at times lead to ensure up-to-date marketing materials on carrier appetite and - solutions available to clients - Actively contribute to regular "State of the Market" reports and updating on relevant market trends and - losses - Ensure knowledge and best practice approaches are captured, documented and shared to ensure - resiliency in the broking function - Responsibility to ensure that all broking / placement activity is in compliance with MAS regulations and - Aon Company Policy and Guidelines
