Singapore Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions Full time

**REPLACE WITH JOB TITLE**

**Key responsibilities**:
**Project Management -**Manage projects within a given budget and time frame to achieve the desired performance.

This typically includes but not limited to the following:
- Preliminary site visits and meetings.
- Prepare, monitor and update project schedule.
- Prepare necessary drawings such as P&ID, GA drawing, electrical panel & wiring diagram.
- Review drawings by vendor.
- Drawing submission, revision and updates.
- Commissioning and SAT
- On-site system training.
- Documentation
- Obtain quotations & liaising with sub-contractors and vendors.
- To coordinate and supervise installation works using approved sub-contractors
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate and reason with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in MS office - Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Computer ability in Auto CAD or SolidWorks program.
- Good knowledge of Oracle and CRM will be an advantage.
- Well organized and good time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage workload under time pressure and changing priorities
