_**Programmes and Outreach Executive**_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with programming for families both on and-off site at One Holland Village and Goodman Arts Centre, as well as independently manage all weekend programmes (workshops and productions for families)
- Liaise with artists and facilitate artists capability development programmes
- Manage visitors’ experience in the visual arts space and engage both children (18 months to 6 years old), and parents in meaningful arts experiences
- Plan and communicate fundraising initiatives with key stakeholders
- Engage in regular outreach efforts to promote the visibility of the company’s mission
- Forge and maintain partnerships with funding partners

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business Administration or Arts Related Specialisation
- Able to work weekends
- Able to travel to both work locations (Holland Village & Mountbatten)
- Prior experience in charities or arts settings would be an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,400.00 per month

Schedule:

- Weekend availability
