**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor the premises during the evening hours to ensure the security of the property and its occupants.
- Perform regular checks and patrols of the facility to deter and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security doors, windows, and gates are secure.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances promptly.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter illegal and inappropriate actions, observing for signs of crime, disorder, or hazard.
- Document nightly operations in a logbook, recording observations, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
- Enforce property rules and regulations as required.
- Handle any security-related issues or emergency situations with calmness and professionalism.

- Possess relevant security certification preferred.
