Job summary:

  • Saturday: Morning, Afternoon

Job Description:

  • Handle all incoming mail
  • Register visitors, check visitors' contact declaration form before directing visitors to the appropriate holding area
  • Inform staff of visitors' arrival
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of Company's premises
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor visitors' logbook)
  • Play announcement via Public Address (PA) system
  • Inform superior on any faulty or leakage on diesel pump station.
  • Ensure all vehicles follow Company's safety procedures & policies when topping up diesel.
  • To be the first responder to call DECAM service provider when the fire alarm panel ring
  • In charge of facilities matters (e.g routine maintenance servicing, arranging facilities repair etc)
  • Any other admin roles assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Singaporeans Only
  • Able to operate email system
  • Physically Fit
