**Description** - Responsible to handle telephone inquiries, to convert all sales inquiry into confirmed reservations and to input into the computer system. - Provide lead advice and constant "feedback" concerning both inquiries and firm reservations. - Maintain a professional, yet friendly business manner in all guest and client liaison, personally, in correspondence and on the telephone. - Responsible and accountable for all operations in relation to the reservations area of the Hotel whilst on duty. - Handle all computer input, manual filing procedures and statistical information relevant to reservations. - Provide the most comprehensive and accurate information, to telephone callers, guests and other staff and Departments of the Hotel. - Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience. - Provide service to our customers in order to grow share of the account on behalf of the company. **Requirements**: - Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma - Minimum 1 year work experience, preferably with the relevant job responsibilities.
