Singapore DEFENCE COLLECTIVE SINGAPORE LTD. Full time

**THIS IS A 2-YEARS RENEWABLE / CONVERTIBLE CONTRACT ROLE.
You will be part of the team responsible for conceptualising, designing, executing, facilitating and managing National Education (NE) Secondary & Post-Secondary Educational Institutes programmes for the entities managed by the Defence Collective Singapore (DCS). You will also plan and provide coordination to ensure in-centre, outreach and virtual programmes run smoothly and seamlessly while aligning with DCS’s goal and objectives. This position will report directly to Head of Secondary & PSEI School Programmes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement National Education (NE) programmes for large scale NE Commemorative events and smaller class-based school learning journeys;
- Provide support to teams within School Programmes on key NE events;
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including delivery reports, NE surveys, visitorship analysis and review action plans;
- Work closely with Sales team to promote NE programmes to target audience;
- Liaise with vendors in procuring goods and services for programme execution; and
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Arts & Social Sciences (majoring in Humanities or Public Policy) / Postgraduate Diploma in Education (MOE) would be advantageous;
- 1 to 2 years’ experience organising and delivering events or programmes (curriculum-based, sports, leadership, arts, etc.);
- Experience in Secondary/PSEI education preferred;
- Able to demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking, communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills;
- Excellent team player, motivated, takes initiative and able to work flexible hours when required;
- Able to multi-task and handle tight deadlines;
- Good command of spoken and written English;
- Good project management skills
