**Job Scope**:

- Facilitate delivery of programmes and services, including the Medical Escort & Transport (MET) service.
- Conduct service assessments and track statistics on service users' needs and service usage/participation.
- Provide timely programme updates to the Programmes Manager and Programmes Executive.
- Ensure accurate programme statistics and financial record-keeping and submission.
- Plan the schedule and logistics for MET trips and other relevant programmes and services.
- Guide and support allocated volunteers in delivering programmes and services to service users.
- Assist in collaborating with partner organisations and the local community.
- This position is open to **Singapore Citizens and PRs **only.
- At least **2 years of relevant full-time work experience **in a Social Service Agency (SSA)* is a **MUST **.
- (*SSA: NCSS member organisations that are Singapore-registered charitable organisations)
- Ability to converse well in a local mother tongue (Chinese, Malay, or Tamil) and vernacular dialects.
- Sound understanding of Social Service Sector guidelines and requirements.
- Working knowledge of PDPA regarding the protection of volunteers' and service users' personal data.
- Working knowledge of bookkeeping and/or principles of accounting.
- Class 3 license with experience and a good traffic record driving a passenger van.
