**Job Description & Requirements**:
Restaurant Operations
- Responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant
- Ensure the highest standards are maintained at all times as required by the Company.
- To ensure that the restaurant is adhering to the rules and regulations set by government institutions such as the Singapore Food Agency (SFA), the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) in maintaining a safe, secure, and clean working environment in the restaurant at all times.
- To ensure that costs are managed according to the company’s budget.
- Responsible for ordering stocks, checking stock levels, and managing stock inventory.

Customer Service
- To provide customers with quality and prompt service as required by the company.
- To provide customers with the most updated information regarding their products and services.
- To be able to handle customer feedback professionally and in a timely manner.

Employees
- Responsible for interviewing, training, and supervising staff
- Responsible for weekly staff roster
- Other employee-related responsibilities

Maintenance
- To report all maintenance issues in a timely manner
