Job Responsibilities: As a Restaurant Assistant Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our establishments. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing day-to-day restaurant service operations. Supervising and motivating service staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Collaborating with the management team to maintain high service standards. Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Managing and optimizing table turnover and reservation systems. Monitoring inventory and coordinating with the kitchen for timely food service. Training and developing service staff to enhance their skills and performance. Qualifications and Skills: To succeed in this role, you should have: Minimum of 1 year of experience in the service industry. A team player with a positive attitude. Warm and hospitable personality with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong communication and leadership skills.
