**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach phonics/English to children aged 2.5 to 9 years old, in-person or online, using a curated curriculum.
- Provide weekly feedback to parents about their child’s learning progress and development.
- Deliver engaging, enrichment-based classes ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours per session.
- Use advanced online learning platforms effectively (training provided).
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to innovate teaching materials.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of phonics teaching experience and prior work with preschoolers (ages 2.5 to 9 years old).
- **Skills**:

- Passion for teaching and child development.
- Ability to engage young learners with patience, creativity, and energy.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear feedback to parents.
- **Tech-Readiness**: Willingness to learn and use advanced online learning platforms (training provided).
- **Availability**:

- Full-time role requiring availability for 3-4 weekdays and 2 weekends.
