**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage, nurture, and motivate children through play and hands-on activities.
- Prepare, plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons.
- Establish effective classroom management.
- Set up and maintain a safe, clean, and conducive environment for learning.
- Establish collaborative partnerships with parents for the children’s development.
- Perform routine care for children as well as ensure safety and hygiene of the children.
