TGD has since expanded our flavour range to cater to a deluge of cravings. We feature some of the most dish-accurate and inspired Asian gourmet snacks, including Singapore Chilli Crab, Sichuan Mala, Bangkok Tom Yum Goong, and Korean Honey Soy Chicken.

**Role Overview**:

We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency for The Golden Duck brand, globally.

**Responsibilities**:
Brand and Marketing
- Work closely with the company's leadership team on high-level business strategies.
- Translating the company's business strategies into clear actionable marketing plans.
- Lead a team of marketeers / creatives to execute marketing plans for the year.
- Gather and analyse data to assess performance of marketing activities and channels. Pivot if necessary.
- Lead the customer experience team and develop our global community of snackers.
- Manage the yearly brand budget effectively across multiple touch points

**Job Requirements**:

- 6+ years' relevant brand management or marketing experience.
- A team player with a good attitude and communication skills.
- Eloquence in written/spoken English. Fluency in written/spoken Mandarin is an advantage.
- A digital native with astute creative sensibilities, a brand storyteller at heart.
- Salary will commensurate accordingly to experience & qualifications.
