**PROJECT MANAGER, ECOM SEA**:

- Singapore**YOUR MISSION**:
The Project Manager, Ecom SEA plays a critical role in ensuring project full-cycle delivery, pitching projects to global HQ ,building and improving integrations between multiple ecom systems and maintaining proper documentation of processes and projects according to company standards and best practice. This role also requires building strong relationships and managing communication between internal and external stakeholders.

**Task 1**:
Lead the implementation of new eCom systems and processes from the definition of business requirements to the successful roll out.

Developing omnichannel model (BOPIS, BORIS, Click & Collect, In-Store Availability & Reserve etc.)

**Task 4**:
Ensure a smooth integration through all eCom systems and interfaces, including but not limited to ERP, OMS, WMS, Stock Management Systems, PIM, MP channel management.

**Task 5**:
Automate processes for different eCom functions (marketing, content, operations)

**Task 6**:
Proper project and process documentation on Confluence and Jira.

**Task 7**:
Maintaining continuity of system processes to ensure stable work of the whole ecom tech stack setup.

**Task 8**:

- Working in close collaboration with external and internal stakeholders on improving system integrations and workflows.**YOUR TALENT**:
**Education**:Bachelor’s degree preferably business informatics, project management, mathematics, physics

**Professional**:2+ years of relevant eCom project management experience. Consulting (Big4, Tier-2, Big3) background is a plus

**IT Skills**:Experience in managing / building Ecom integration, including local or global IT systems (ERP, OMS, WMS, Stock Management Systems, PIM systems, Marketplace Integrators). Experience in working with Confluence and Jira. Advanced knowledge in MS Excel.

**Language Skills**: English Written & Spoken
