offices in London, Paris, Frankfurt, Hong Kong and Luxembourg.

Finquest's mission is to reinvent deal origination by harnessing the power of data, AI, and people. Our team speaks more than 15 languages and we pride ourselves on our diverse and collaborative office environment across our offices.

We are currently searching for a Mandarin-speaking Origination professional to help curate

M&A opportunities for our clients. The position would be based in Singapore. For the time

being, all employees are working remotely.

**You will be responsible for**:

- o Talking to targeted company CEOs on the phone with the following purposes:

- introduce our client and the corresponding M&A opportunity
- collect information
- connect the company CEOs with our clients
- o Aiding Client Directors (who manage the client relationship and run the overall project) in providing exceptional service to a portfolio of clients of Private Equity and Corporates.
- Developing rapport, communicating and delivering information credibly to C-suite and high-level executives at contacted companies.
- Enriching Finquest's database with all proprietary information acquired during conversations with investors and acquisition targets.
- Working collaboratively with the Sales Team to enlarge Finquest's network in the region, i.e. providing sales leads coming from the curation process.
- Providing input and ideas for process improvement and contributing to developing enhanced organizational practice.
- **Your background**:

- o Enjoy building rapport with high level, time constrained executives and sharing insights to discover more about a company, its key competitive advantage, and relevant information.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and ask pertinent questions.
- Fast thinker, very persistent and results-oriented approach.
- Strong written and oral communication skills; including fundamental presentation skills and the demonstrated ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately influence others
- Naturally curious
- Experience of working to and achieving targets
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked, fast paced environment
- Resilient in overcoming objections and a tenacious and determined attitude when faced with barriers or obstacles
- Native-level fluency in English **and** Mandarin essential
- Right to work in the country of employment

The compensation package will depend on your profile.
