Singapore ECCO ASIA PACIFIC (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Full time

Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, Ecco Asia Pacific, and through partnering with local e-commerce team, this role will be responsible for all operation aspects of Ecco’s e-stores in 3rd party marketplace in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand). This role will also require collaboration with IT team in technical projects relating to 3rd party marketplaces.

**What you will do**:

- Product listing: Create / upload / update product attributes and images of e-stores in 3rd party marketplaces
- E-store content management: Ensure marketing assets such as banners and storefront images are updated per marketing calendar
- Sponsored Solutions / Keyword Ads: Monitor / Optimize ROI performance of keyword ads and make adjustment if necessary
- Assortment update: Ensure assortment are up-to-date per launch plan
- Pricing: Maintain accuracy of product pricing across all e-stores in 3rd party marketplaces
- Inventory Management: Monitor / maintain accuracy of stock quantities and ensure consistency across e-stores in marketplaces
- Reporting on sales performance / inventory status / campaign results internally to team members
- Improve current workflows and suggest ways to enhance efficiency
- Work closely with local e-commerce to grow 3rd part marketplace business in Southeast Asia
- Other duties include Submission of campaigns / flash Deals / vouchers
- Collaborate with IT team in technical projects relating to 3rd party marketplaces.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor/ Diploma in Business / Marketing / Digital Marketing or equivalent
- At least 2 - 4 years of e-commerce/marketplace operation experience
- Motivated, meticulous and results driven team player
- Detailed-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Highly patient and comfortable working with numbers / repetitive / operation matters
- Comfortable working with technical aspects with IT team
