We are looking for a **Senior/Program Manager**, based in Singapore reporting into the Director, Project Management**.**

**Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Lead **multiple New Product transition projects** and manage matrixes cross functional engineering, field services, manufacturing operations, supply chain, production planning and quality teams to execute programs with an unwavering **commitment to on-time execution**.
- Develop and maintain **detailed project plans** addressing implementation of **new product and work transfers.**:

- Facilitate project teams and **assess & mitigate program risks** throughout the project life-cycle.

Control and monitor
**program execution via schedule tracking and reporting**. This includes evaluating program metrics and providing corrective action and mitigation during the project life-cycle.
- Prepare and present **program status updates and toll-gate exit reviews** for senior management and key stakeholders.
- Communicate matters with **cross-functional teams**. A key indicator of success is your ability to **communicate manufacturability matters** to the engineering team
- Participate and **lead special projects for continuous improvement**.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What Will Make You Successful?**

Experience in program management or engineering project leadership of **configurable products from the conceptual stage through to production** for a global market.
- At least 5+ years of semiconductor, manufacturing experience, materials management.
- Effective **oral and written communication** skills
- Strong project management and **analytical skills**;
- **Preferred Oracle or SAP Experience**.
- **Semiconductor Engineering and/or Project Management** Experience
- Experience with **Parts and Inventory Management**:

- Strong **negotiations skills**:

- Strong **leadership qualities** to exercise influence both throughout the organization and with external parties
- Demonstrated **ability working with mínimal supervision** and exercising judgment
- Positive, energetic attitude and initiative, strong work ethic
- Ability to **work in a team environment**, and leverage additional resources as needed
- Ability to **thrive and adapt in a fast paced, changing/growing organization** while maintaining focus on the strategy and **achievement of objectives**
