**Responsibilities**
- Manage multiple regional delivery teams, ensure full project lifecycles meeting stakeholder needs
- Build and manage strong relationships with Senior (C-level) and working level customer stakeholders
- **Identify, develop and close new sales opportunities at existing customer accounts**:

- Accountable for overall progress, quality, and profitability of all delivery work, leading Project Managers and teams to deliver
- Projects utilising both agile or waterfall or hybrid project management methods
- Production Support and Managed Services to contractual SLAs
- Ensure delivered and maintained solutions are stable, secure, and meet performance goals
- Empower and coach delivery teams to take accountability for service delivery, risk and issue management and assisting by removing blockers
- Plan and manage resources across delivery teams to ensure delivery goals are met, resources are optimally utilised, and delivery is profitable
- Develop team environments that support team engagement and high performance in a diverse, distributed and partnered team, aligned to company values.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, software engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Project/Program Management
- Managed implementations involving the following:

- .NET Framework 4.5 and above
- HTML5, jQuery, CSS, Bootstrap,
- C# 5.0 / 6.0 - Threading, Asynchronous Programming, Generics etc.
- C# Database Programming with ADO.NET, ODP.NET, Entity Framework, LINQ
- Windows Service
- Window Communication Foundation (WCF)
- Windows Workflow Foundation (WWF)
- Account and Senior Stakeholder management
- Experience leading large, multi-account teams, through full project lifecycles
- Experience leading operational support teams to defined SLAs
- Experience selling new work at existing customer accounts
- Proven track record of successful delivery of complex customer projects
- Have the breadth of technology skills to ensure teams work efficiently to meet delivery goals for security, performance, and stability in mission-critical systems
