About The Role
The role holder plays an important role in analysing and reporting key financial data of Asia South to support the management decision making. In doing so, the role interacts with key stakeholders in Asia South, colleagues in Performance Cells and Supply Chain, and the wider Borouge finance community (e.g. Group Control, Business Process Specialists, Customer Service, Credit and Accounting teams).

The role holder is responsible for Business Planning, Forecasting, and driving the development of investment project proposal and business case from a financial perspective in the Borouge Marketing and Sales organization. The Senior/Analyst, Financial also works closely with the Product Management, Sales and Supply Chain team in the S&OP Process to build a simplified, integrated and effective company-wide decision making and planning process. The role holder is also supporting Senior Controller, Region Asia South in driving various Finance projects and initiatives. In doing so, the Senior/Analyst, Financial is responsible for developing guidelines and functional procedure manuals in the area of expertise.

Key Accountabilities

**Controlling and Report**- Collaboration in the month and closing activities: verification of the rebate and fixed costs accruals, preparation of the management reporting packages etc.-
- Performance analysis (Premium, Margin and Fixed costs)-
- Provide support to the Senior Controller, Region Asia South in the preparation of business Cases, Board documents, management reports and ad hoc financial analysis-
- Control of fixed costs-
- Preparation of management reports, presentations-
- Back up for the Senior Controller, Region Asia South**Business Planning and Forecasting**- Provide support to the Senior Controller, Region Asia South in preparation, coordination and execution of the business plan process-
- Continuously improve the planning and forecasting process within area of responsibility**Projects**- Support adhoc projects such as OneERP etc.**Systems**- Implementation of improvements on reporting-
- Interface with SAP, BPS on tasks, etc. Qualification & Experience

**Minimum Qualification**- University degree in Finance / Accounting**Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills**
- A minimum of 6 years or more relevant experience
- Good experience with SAP and BW
- Good in collecting, analysing, presenting data and financial skills
- Good communication skills; fluent in English, both spoken and written.

- I have been in my current position for at least 2 years.
- I did not receive any disciplinary warnings for the past 1 year.
- I obtained minimum 2 “Solid Performer” ratings and above during the past 3 years.
