Dental Clinic Assistant in Charge

Singapore 1728 DENTAL PRACTICE (ANG MO KIO) PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the smooth operations of dental clinic including compliance with government regulations.
- Manages the effective and efficient use of equipment, consumables and dental instruments.
- Oversees manpower requirements to support overall staffing needs and to monitor staff attendance including leave and sick days.
- Examine and resolve complaints received from patients, staffs and professionals.
- Leads and supervises staff to deliver quality care to patients.
- Engages and communicates with staff to foster teamwork and to ensure information and knowledge are shared timely and effectively.
- Support and cross cover at all levels and to be seconded to other branches depending on manpower needs.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with patients, professionals and colleagues.
- Work with other department managers to meet organizational goals.
- Manage and purchase of dental supplies and consumables and maintain adequate inventory level by regular stock taking.
- Orientate and training of new clinic staffs to familiarise with clinic operations.
- Any ad hoc duties as requested by the Clinic Manager/Management

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 Years of relevant experience in dental industry
- Strong communication skills to communicate with different stakeholders
- Strong engagement, operational and managerial skills in leading teams
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- PC literate and good proficiency in Microsoft Office.
