You will be a valued member of our world-class Visual Team, working closely with a team of video and photo specialists and executing all live-action elements of Secretlab’s creative projects. We are looking for a positive team player with an abundance mindset. This role requires a skilled operator of camera and lighting, with a keen attention to details and also have resourcefulness to solve creative problems.
You will also be involved in creating collaborative materials for our partnerships with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organisers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.

**Responsibilities**
- Produce live-action video and photo content for Secretlab
- Preproduction planning of technical requirements for a video or photo shoot
- Breaking down ideas, concepts, storyboards into a shot list, and plan for 16:9 and 9:16 shots required
- Shoot mockups or proof of concepts to present to stakeholders
- Operate camera and lighting equipments to produce visually excellent materials
- Brainstorm video ideas with the Art Director and Senior Live-Action Specialist
- Works closely with the Senior Live-Action Specialist and Video Specialist on video productions
- Supports the Senior Photo Specialist on photo productions
- Advise and work closely with the wider marketing team
- Maintenance of inhouse Equipment and Studio space

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of technical equipment proficiency, from handling to maintenance
- Skilled in Videography (priority) and Photography for products
- Ability to operate with Sony camera systems
- Skilled in Continuous Lighting and Strobe Lighting
- Ability to operate with Aputure and Godox lighting systems
- Ability to perform basic grip work
- Experience working on set with a small crew
- Ability to work independently
- Work well under pressure and limitations
- Willingness to learn and adapt to Secretlab’s video processes
- Basic Offline Editing skills (Premiere Pro)
