**About The Role**
In this role of Research Engagement Services Specialist, you will be responsible for linking our valued C-Level clients with the correct Gartner Analyst in order to resolve their query and add value for them.
**Responsibilities**:
- Understand C-Level clients’ advisory requirement and connect them to the appropriate Expert
- Partner with the Global Expert Advisory Team in addressing client advisory requirements
- Closely collaborate with Client Success Team in understanding client requirements
- Gain in-depth knowledge of dynamic technology-based content areas in order to ensure our client’s mission critical priorities are met
- Provide the Research Team and/or the Expert Advisory Team with detailed insight in advance of the client/prospect/vendor engagement to ensure they are prepared and set up for success

**What you will need**:
- Bachelor's degree
- Solid working experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Senior stakeholder management experience is a plus
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a virtual global team
- Process-driven, methodical, detail-oriented and proficiency in working with business systems
- Willingness to learn, high degree of ambition and drive
