GrabRentals is the largest private-hire car rental fleet in Singapore, directly owned by Grab. The GrabRentals Commercial Team primarily:
Structures competitive car rental products for Grab's driver-partners

Utilizes an omni-channel approach to market these car rental products

Sources for additional revenue opportunities within the car rental space

**Get to know the role**

We are looking for an Executive/Senior Executive to join our Marketing team.

**The Day-to-Day Activities**
- You will be responsible for all online and offline creatives (including social media, digital ads, POSM, etc)
- You will be accountable for updating GrabRentals webpages and other communication channels with the latest promotions.
- Be able to work closely and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across departments to ensure messages are communicated to the right target audience with ability to manage and work under challenging timelines.
- Work closely with agencies & internal stakeholders to deliver marketing campaigns & collaterals that help drive targets and results, including but not limited to digital & social communications, activations etc.
- Ensure the UI/UX of all digital touch points are well optimized
- Plan and coordinate campaigns & events
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks given
- To succeed in the role, you need to be a self-motivated individual who can perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**The Must-Haves**
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing/production, Microsoft Excel/Google spreadsheets
- You work well with creative people, knowing how they need to be briefed and managed in order to deliver impactful creative work.
- Familiar with the entire marketing mix - you have a good knowledge of how and when to leverage different marketing channels from above-the-line and below-the-line communications to reach the right target audience
- Understand and keep abreast of local car rental business and media landscape
- Evaluate success of executed marketing activities using measuring tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook insights, etc
- Be updated with the latest social media/digital trend.
- Strong command of English language

**The Nice-to-Haves**
- Experience in planning, designing, executing and tracking performance of marketing campaigns to increase awareness and drive conversions.
- Strong understanding of digital funnel, and how to run effective online-to-offline campaigns with understanding of conversion metrics
- Interest in automotive industry, prior industry experience is a bonus
- Programming knowledge such as HTML
- At least 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience is preferred, however we welcome entry level with the right attitude to learn.
