Head of Workplace Management, APAC
Work Dynamics - Singapore/Australia/Hong Kong/India

POSITION GOALS
The Head of Workplace Management, APAC will actively engage with the Work Dynamics Regional Business Leaders: COO, Division Presidents, Group Account Executives & Account Directors, all Global Ops functions (in particular: HSSE, Enablement; quality, OE etc) and Client FM SPOC (as appropriate) in order to advance operational excellence, drive innovation in service delivery, ensure the adoption of standards and best practices, advance talent & career development, weigh in on Workplace Management recruitment, resolve issues impacting client relationship and account profitability, and support the regional solutions development and product team in expansions and new pursuits.
The Head of Workplace Management, APAC will have 3 Geo leaders reporting into them in the following geographies: Greater China & Korea, India, and AUS. In addition, the Head of Workplace Management, APAC will reside in Singapore and act as the lead for the Southeast Asia geography.
The Head of Workplace Management, APAC will act as an integrator ensuring FM, REM’s (ENG) are acting as a unified team operating in and for their respective geographies. This will be reinforced by REM’s (ENG), HSSE and ESS having a dotted line relationship to the Head of Workplace Management, APAC. Equally, the Head of Workplace Management, APAC will ensure day to day direction is aligned with Account and GEO needs, providing clear communication, and driving action to the areas required to elevate the overall client experience and support the Account organization in meeting client requirements.
The Head of Workplace Management, APAC will sit on the DP’s leadership meetings and ensure their GEO leads and other directs for the SEA Geo are aligned to the needs and growth expectations of the region. It is expected that the Head of Workplace Management, APAC will provide day to day management to those who Dot and Hard line into them, holding them accountable for unified delivery to the Account Management & Sales teams, and help escalate and resolve issues as necessary across relevant areas of need. This is a pivotal role for the success of the Global Ops function in the region and will help drive alignment and consistency in communication, results, prioritization, follow through and outcomes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management Processes
Deliver solutions that will enable account management to accomplish its operating goals and objectives for Workplace Management with a particular focus on driving technology/digitalization and sustainability in service delivery.
Drive integration across Workplace Management /Engineering/HSSE/ESS
Ensure their team provides operational representation to Accounts Leadership.
Understand the goals and objectives for the Region and drives accountability for their GEO teams to understand for their respective GEOs.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Workplace Management for Account Baseline Process, Best Practices and Standard Operating Procedures to include Key Controls to mitigate risk to the Firm and engage SME network as necessary.
Develop governance programs to ensure compliance.
Assess the Workplace Management account team performance; suggest tools, training, processes, and resources that will bridge performance gaps; assist in arranging the resources that will improve operational excellence; and follow up with the account management teams on their progress in implementing the suggestions.
Provide support and collaboration with Workplace Management Training manager in learning and development programs.
