We are looking for a **Associate**to support our growing team here in Singapore as part of an international team of incredibly talented and motivated people. As a Business Strategy Manager, you will be exposed to a broad spectrum of projects spanning ESG, project management, finance, marketing, and commercial services, providing decision support to the leadership team and their clients.

To thrive in this role, you will need the technical expertise to navigate a complex and changing environment as well as the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively to the leadership team and Lightwheel’ s clients and partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Managing Partner and be responsible for supporting the strategic planning process for the organization.
- Lead Lightwheel’s business and advisory strategies with the creation of frameworks, deliverables, presentations, data outputs and overall integrated approach.
- Develop an understanding of the current state of the market - competitive analysis, key issues in each of the ESG phases, consumer sentiment, and market entry opportunities.
- Compile, synthesize and analyze market insights and data and create short/mid-term strategic plans to assist in outlining the client’s requirements.
- Assist with report and survey creation (both qualitative and quantitative research), including analysis, data entry, and chart/table creation in Excel/PPT Learning Outcomes:
Desired Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Finance, Economics, Business, or other business-related fields; Master’s/MBA Preferred
- Experience with Western MNCs or having worked in US, UK, Europe, or Australia
- Excellent strategic and analytical skills and knowledge of analytics tools a plus
- Understanding of how data insights are converted to strategic decisions
- Understanding of how strategic and actionable conclusions are structured and presented
- Adaptive learner with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a demanding environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office/High-level PPT and EXC a must
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese a plus
