**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the operations of all logistics warehousing functions for the assigned business unit which includes delivery, stock control, process improvement and security.
- Ensure appropriate warehouse function and that stock integrity is maintained.
- Ensure quality inspections are carried out appropriately.
- Ensure inspection results and status are applied appropriately.
- Identify and initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of product, process, quality, management systems non-conformities.
- Record internal process, product, management systems non-conformities.
- Record Corrective/ Preventive Action for out-going inspection failure.
- Lead a team of operations staff in the area of Distribution and Inventory Management.
- Inventory control accuracy, capacity planning and timely stock replenishment.
- Communicate with customer on distribution and service issues; provide administrative support for order fulfilment.
- Review and manage 3PL & vendors KPIs and follow up with process improvement plans.
- Report to the immediate superior and ensure that all Key Performance Indicators are accomplished.
- Develop, drive and implement new initiatives.
- SOP set-up, implement new processes to meet operational needs and requirements planning.
- Monitor management systems performance relating to Logistics function.

- At least a Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Logistics with at least 3 years in a supervisory position.
- Ability to lead and supervise teams and work under tight deadlines.
- Good personality and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and diplomacy while dealing with complex problems.
