Our client an establish international commodity trading house is seeking for a IT Manager. The role is a key leadership role and will require experience in leading a team, managing IT Infrastructure, developing and manage corporate IT standards, budgeting, forecasting, asset management, vendor management and project management.

**Responsibilities**:

- To lead IT team on Communications Technology (ICT) operational for Singapore and APAC region.
- Lead and manage business process improvement initiative
- Developing and implementing the organization’s IT policy
- Lead the IT Service Management team and oversee the day-to-day IT operations in accordance to IT policies, SOP and technology standards.
- Perform management of IT budget, Asset (hardware/software/service) and Vendors.
- Establish short and long-term IT strategy, roadmap, architecture, and processes for organization (Singapore and APAC region)
- Analyze business requirements/departmental needs by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
- Manage all IT infrastructure/systems according to company standards and aligned with standard practices
- Define and implement backup, recovery & emergency procedures

**Requirements**:

- 5-10 years of relevant experience working in IT management and Project Management
- Proficient in LAN/WAN/Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), servers/databases, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, systems performance monitoring and various products such as Windows/Linux/Cisco/FortiGate/Symantec/Microsoft 365/SAP.
- Proficient in project management preferably with experience in APAC region.
- Knowledge in commodity trading system is an added advantage
- Professional certifications such as PMP/ITIL/MCSA/MCSE are added advantages.
