Oversee implementation and improvement of IQC, IPQC, OQC process related to customer's products in a timely, efficient, and effective manner.
- Support Production on all quality-related activities, including working closely with Engineering and other applicable functions.
- Participate in investigations and ensure CAPA findings, risks, recommendations, Non Conformances reporting and outcomes are appropriate and are clearly documented and communicated
- Perform compliance reviews, as part of FAI, including safety, regulatory, environment compliance (RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals) and risk assessment of potential source of supply.
- Develop and maintain the QMS system. Work with teams to develop and revise procedures that comply with ISO 13485 QMS requirement.
- Perform internal and external audit to compliance with QMS requirement
- Monitor and maintain test instrument cablibration procedures and maintenance schedule.
- Complie Weekly / Monthly quality performance reports, and various SPC (pFMEA, Control Plans, CPK, GR&R, 8D Report) when required.
- Perform other duties/projects as required or assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years relevant experience in manufacturing
- At least 3 years of leadership experience
- Able to lead a team of 3 quality engineers and 10 to 15 quality inspectors
- Minimum Qualification level: Diploma

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,800.00 per month
