**SENIOR ENGINEER,PROJECT**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead new product and manufacturing transfer activities.
- Manages communications with all stakeholders - internal and external
- Ensures the top line for existing products / services for Customers to the appropriate

level of quality, on time delivery, in accordance with the programme plan and

programme governance arrangements.
- Reports the progress of the project at regular intervals to the immediate supervisor.
- Conducts internal meetings with cross-functional team to cater for customer request

which involves quality, delivery and escalations.
- Work with cross-functional team on equipment qualification and process validation.
- Improves the Customer Business review performance with the cross-function team for

respective customer accounts.
- Provide guidance, support and mentoring junior project engineer.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Degree in any Engineering discipline or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the medical device industry will be an added

advantage
- Possesses good knowledge of techniques for customer handling, monitoring and

controlling deliverables.
- Possesses good knowledge of equipment qualification and process validation.
- Possesses Project Management or Project Management Professional ( PMP ) is an

asset.
